Example. If you wish to order 10 cartons, Please add 1 qty under 5 x Cartons and 5 qty under Additional Cartons.
Terms
- Delivery Timeframe: Items will be delivered within 3 to 5 days from the order date, subject to stock availability. Our admin team will contact you via call or WhatsApp before delivery.
- No Self-Collection: Strictly no self-collection is allowed.
- Flavour Availability: Flavours are subject to stock availability. Priority will be given to earlier orders.
- Payment Method: Payment is accepted only via PayNow. The UEN or QR code will be emailed to you after successful registration or checkout from our system.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
-> If we are unable to deliver due to the unavailability of flavours and the customer does not wish to swap with other available options.
-> If delivery fails due to an issue on our end (e.g., driver unable to deliver).
- Incorrect Address & Additional Charges:
-> If an incorrect address is provided and our driver is unable to locate the house, a redelivery fee of $12 or $15 will be charged. The driver will need to make a second delivery attempt.
